WHO CAN CARRY OUT A LOLER?
LOLER inspections must be performed by a competent person — someone with the necessary knowledge, training, and experience to thoroughly examine lifting equipment and identify safety risks. HOW OFTEN DO I NEED A LOLER?
LOLER examinations are required:
